What matters to us- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (4-year course).
- 5–10 years of planning experience with a main contractor, ideally supporting complex or fast-track projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6
- Experience in MS Project is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills for reporting and schedule automation;
Power BI experience is advantageous. - Proven experience in preparing, coordinating, and analyzing master and micro schedules.
- Practical understanding of construction sequencing and site constraints.
- UAE project experience is highly preferred.
- Immediate availability is a plus.

- Develop and maintain baseline and detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6.
- Build WBS structures, activity coding, schedule logic, and resource-loading aligned with project execution.
- Update master and micro schedules based on verified site progress, constraints, and sequencing realities.
- Produce planning outputs including S-curves, manpower histograms, cash flows, and progress dashboards.
- Lead recovery planning, delay analysis, and lookahead schedule preparation to support project decisions.
- Automate reporting templates and dashboards using Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, macros) and Power BI for management visibility.
- Coordinate with site and project teams to capture constraints, delays, and mitigation actions.
- Analyze schedule data to provide actionable insights on sequencing, manpower allocation, and critical path risks.
