Salary/Wage Range or Industry Benchmark: 120000 - 200000 AED Yearly AED 120000.00 200000.00 YEAR

1. Review and study of complete tender documents, such as specification, drawings and bill of quantities

2. Knowledge of Technical and Design of Mechanical services to understand the project design

3. Update the Estimation Manager with missing documents/ specifications/drawings if any, and raising queries for the consultants or clients.

4. Set a time frame for quantity take off and make sure that the time frame is met

5. Prepare and float enquiries and follow up for quotations from suppliers.

6. Review and compare the quotations as per tender requirements.

7. Prepare the estimation using company provided software for HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Gas, Medical Gas, Compressed Air, Pneumatic Tube System,..etc

8. Generate the BOQ as per the client requirements.

9. Familiar of all UAE regulations not limited to ’UAE Fire & Life Safety Code, ADDC, ADSSC, Estidama,..etc’

Skills

In-depth understanding of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire fighting systems.

Proficient in reading and interpreting MEP shop drawings, layouts, and Isometric drawings.

Advanced Excel

Knowledge of local market rates for materials and subcontractor pricing.

Attention to details.

Time Management.

Communication & Negotiation.
