In this role, you will contribute to on‑site assessments, technical evaluations, and design compliance activities while working closely with multidisciplinary teams. You will assist in ensuring that built elements meet project specifications, support the preparation of technical documentation, and help coordinate with drafting and technical staff. This role offers the opportunity to deepen your architectural expertise in a collaborative, fast‑paced project environment.

- Under general supervision, performs routine duties.
- Displays knowledge and abilities to evaluate, select and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria to meet basic engineering and construction specifications.
- Displays applications of sound professional judgment on details of work.
- Independently performs walk‑downs and inspections of installed commodities to assure conformance with specifications and design.
- Performs quantity surveys for tracking and reporting.
- May provide technical direction to drafters, technicians, and surveyors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or a closely related field).
- 2–3 years of relevant architectural or construction‑related experience within consulting, engineering, or design environments.
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and construction requirements.
- Experience conducting site reviews, inspections, or field verification activities to support compliance and quality assurance.
- Familiarity with quantity tracking, technical reporting, and project documentation workflows.
- Proficiency in design and drafting tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and related software.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to exercise sound professional judgment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work alongside drafters, technicians, surveyors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under general supervision while managing assigned tasks
