The projectMace is supporting the delivery of a large‑scale, next‑generation digital infrastructure programme in the region, working alongside a leading developer in the data centre sector. The project brings together complex design coordination, fast‑paced delivery and rigorous governance to meet the demands of a mission‑critical environment. Our team is applying global best practice in programme, project and commercial management to help shape resilient, future‑ready infrastructure at scale.
You’llbe responsible for:
- Develop detailed and fully integrated plans that reflect logistics, site and project constraints.
- Interface with the project team to support weekly progress reporting and ensure contractual obligations are understood.
- Review productivity and progress data to capture performance and inform decision‑making.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project teams and stakeholders to maintain alignment.
- Embed sustainable design, procurement and carbon‑reduction principles within programme development.
- Integrate health and safety requirements into all programme activities.
- Establish and oversee project work plans, deadlines and coordinated team activities.
- Work collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
- Degree or equivalent experience in construction, programme, project or commercial management.
- Working towards chartered status with a recognised professional body.
- Expert knowledge of schedule management tools and software.
- Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
