AOV/MOV Diagnostic Tester will perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance of MOV and AOV valve systems during nuclear power plant refueling outages.
Key Responsibilities- Experience in troubleshooting for corrective activities as per manufacturer manuals such as Rotork, Biffi, Dresser, Parcol, Velan, Emerson.
- Knowledge of refurbishment activities on MOV and AOV actuators and accessories.
- Acquisition and analysis for MOV and AOV using diagnostic system Viper
20/Vote infinity or similar. - Issuing and revision of maintenance procedure for valves, electrical and pneumatic actuators including accessories.
- Understanding diagnostic procedures for diagnosis and calibration with Viper
20 and VOTES Infinityof valves with electric and pneumatic actuators - preventive, predictive and corrective activities. - Interdepartmental support for Engineering and Operation Department.
- Knowledge and experience with MOV and AOV diagnostic system Viper
20/Vote infinity or similar.
