- Provide strong technical delivery with particular strength in piping stress analysis, pipe supports, piping materials engineering and procurement support, while supervising and mentoring less experienced engineers/designers.
- Execute piping engineering work independently with sound engineering judgement, ensuring quality, schedule and budget commitments are met and interfaces are managed effectively across disciplines, vendors and construction.
- Demonstrate visible commitment to HSE and promote safe behaviours; comply with project and corporate HSE requirements in all work activities.
- Participate in SEAL alignment and hazard/risk assessment workshops and incorporate outcomes into piping engineering deliverables and decisions.

- Develop and maintain stress deliverables such as stress critical line lists, stress sketches, stress reports and stress sign-off/approval status for isometrics.
- Evaluate static and dynamic effects as applicable (thermal expansion, wind/seismic, PSV reaction, vibration, surge/slug) and define mitigation actions through routing and support optimisation.
- Define pipe support requirements and coordinate support philosophy with civil/structural; prepare/verify support loads, anchor/guide forces, nozzle loads and load transmittals.
- Support resolution of stress-related technical queries, site issues and modifications with practical engineering judgement.
- Prepare and/or review piping material specifications and line classes (PMS / Line Class Index) aligned with service conditions, corrosion/material selection inputs and applicable codes/standards.
