Abu Dhabi Role overview## Description We are hiring a Quality Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

This role is responsible for managing and improving the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001:2015, ensuring compliance with company procedures and customer requirements, and supporting continuous improvement across operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Oversee incoming, in process, and final inspections
• Manage NCR, CAPA, and root cause analysis
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits
• Monitor supplier quality and support vendor evaluations
• Track performance through KPIs and prepare quality reports

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3 to 7 years of QA QC experience in fabrication, manufacturing, oil and gas, or engineering
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and inspection practices
• Familiarity with engineering drawings, ASME, ASTM, and API standards
• Certifications such as ISO 9001 Auditor, CSWIP or AWS, or NDT Level II are an advantage
