Flight Test Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Flight Test Engineer to support our flight test operations and ensure safe, efficient, and data-driven testing of aircraft systems. The ideal candidate will have completed a recognized Flight Test Engineering course/program and possess a strong background in aerospace engineering and flight testing methodologies.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute flight test programs in accordance with regulatory and safety requirements
• Develop test plans, procedures, and flight cards
• Analyze and interpret flight test data to assess aircraft performance, stability, and compliance
• Collaborate with pilots, design engineers, and maintenance teams during flight test activities
• Support instrumentation setup and data acquisition systems
• Identify anomalies and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare detailed test reports and certification documentation
• Ensure adherence to airworthiness standards and safety protocols

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or related field
• Completion of a recognized Flight Test Engineering course (mandatory)

• 5+ years of experience in flight testing / aerospace engineering (preferred)
• Exposure to aircraft systems, avionics, and flight dynamics

• Strong understanding of flight test principles and aerodynamics
• Experience with data analysis tools (MATLAB, Python, etc.)
• Knowledge of flight test instrumentation and telemetry systems
• Familiarity with aviation regulatory standards (FAA, EASA, GCAA, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical reporting skills
