- Work with CAD models, assemblies, and engineering drawings
- Support troubleshooting of manufacturing defects and build failures
- Contribute to process development activities and workflow improvements
- Coordinate with machining, inspection, and manufacturing teams
- Maintain build records, reports, and engineering documentation
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field
- Understanding of additive manufacturing fundamentals
- CAD experience (NX, Solid Works, Creo, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a technically challenging environment
- Ability to take feedback constructively and improve quickly
- Experience with LPBF metal additive manufacturing
- Understanding of DfAM principles
- Familiarity with build preparation software
- Exposure to manufacturing, inspection, or post‑processing workflows
- Produces reliable and well‑structured engineering work
