To perform the maintenance activities of RM Mill in order to achieve the assigned targets such as minimize plant down time and increase the mill availability & consumption of spares with cost consciousness.

• Optimize Production:
  To execute all scheduled (day-to-day, preventive) maintenance, corrective maintenance and major repairs of the equipment s in order to optimize production & minimize plant down time for maintenance related development works
• Prompt Trouble Shooting:
  Responsible for trouble shooting during breakdowns of mechanical equipment s and provide the assistance to find out the root cause for corrective action maintenance related development works
• Providing Solutions:
  Responsible for attending mechanical maintenance problems during breakdowns in the RM Plant. To communicate to superiors of any abnormalities found in the mill in order to plan & rectify the same.
• Audit and Investigation:
  Inspection of equipment s to meet engineering principles and safety regulations in maintenance related development works.
• Maintenance Support:
  To assist and help Superiors in Mechanical Maintenance (RM ) in all technical areas to ensure smooth maintenance of the RM for uninterrupted production and co-ordination with other departments.
