Senior ELV Sales Engineer
The Senior ELV Sales Engineer at Siemens Smart Infrastructure in Riyadh is responsible for driving profitable solution sales for smart building applications, leveraging Siemens’ Digital Portfolio combining Digital Power Distribution and Digital Building Infrastructure technologies. The role focuses on delivering turnkey solutions in Building Management Systems (BMS), Lighting Control Systems (LCS), KNX-based lighting control, security systems, access control systems, fire alarm systems, and integration with third-party smart systems to provide fully integrated smart building solutions.
The candidate will develop and implement strategic sales plans, promote Siemens solutions to customers, consultants, and contractors, and analyze market conditions to build a strong network of stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing key accounts, building relationships with EPC contractors, MEP contractors, general contractors, consultants, and end users across sectors such as healthcare, data centers, hospitality, education, telecom, banking, defense, and infrastructure.
The role involves managing the full sales lifecycle from project identification, techno-commercial proposal development, and contract negotiation to closing deals while ensuring compliance with technical standards, Saudi law, and Siemens business guidelines. The engineer will use tools such as Salesforce and CRM applications to manage sales forecasting, maintain a strong project pipeline, and ensure accurate business reporting. The role requires strong domain knowledge in ELV systems, building automation, and smart infrastructure solutions, along with experience in closing large-scale or giga-project deals.
The candidate must also coordinate cross-business unit collaboration, support business growth strategies, and ensure alignment with Siemens’ sustainability and digital transformation objectives.
The Senior Civil/Roads Engineer will join K ’s Civil Engineering team supporting the Majnoon Project in Abu Dhabi, delivering road infrastructure design and engineering solutions for large-scale oil & gas, petrochemical, and industrial developments. The role involves leading the design, engineering, and coordination of access roads, internal plant roads, heavy haul roads, and paved areas across both greenfield and brownfield projects, covering the full lifecycle from concept through detailed design and construction support.
The engineer will prepare road alignment, geometric design, pavement design, and cross-sections in accordance with international standards such as AASHTO, BS, ASTM, DMRB, and Iraqi standards, while ensuring compliance with company specifications. Responsibilities include performing pavement design calculations for flexible and rigid pavements considering traffic loading, heavy equipment, abnormal loads, soil conditions, and environmental factors. The role also requires designing road drainage systems including surface drainage, culverts, ditches, and stormwater networks integrated with site grading and underground utilities.
The engineer will prepare technical specifications, material take-offs (MTOs), bills of quantities, and scope of work documents for road construction packages, and review road layouts, longitudinal and cross profiles, and detailed drawings. The position involves multidisciplinary coordination with structural, process, pipelines, electrical, and instrumentation teams to resolve design interfaces and clashes. Additional responsibilities include supporting tendering activities through technical bid evaluations and contractor query responses, and providing construction phase support by reviewing method statements, material submissions, and resolving site technical issues.
The role also includes conducting value engineering exercises to optimize design for safety, durability, and cost-effectiveness, with consideration for construction methods and materials suitable for hot and arid climates. Familiarity with Middle East project environments, particularly Iraq or UAE, and knowledge of Iraqi road design standards are considered advantageous.
