• Plan, supervise and administer civil and structural aspects of building construction projects
• Review engineering details and drawings to ensure compliance with design intent and project specifications
• Coordinate with contractors to resolve on-site design challenges and technical discrepancies
• Liaise with design engineers regarding required modifications and client-driven changes
• Support the Project Lead in reviewing material submittals and equipment approvals
• Issue engineering correspondences and non-conformance reports for site violations
• Attend coordination and progress meetings to address construction and drawing discrepancies
• Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with zoning laws, authority requirements and applicable codes
• Participate in snagging, inspections and project handover activities
• Provide daily site reports highlighting technical issues and potential delays
• Assist in expediting client and authority approvals to maintain project timelines

• Bachelor Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 12 years of experience in building construction and supervision within the UAE or Middle East
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, codes and regulatory standards
• Experience managing design coordination and contractor performance on site
• Ability to interpret and execute complex engineering drawings and specifications
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Proven ability to handle technical challenges in fast-paced construction environments
