QHSE Management

Implement and monitor company QHSE policies, procedures, and standards. Ensure compliance with ADNOC and client-specific HSE requirements. Support yard and site operations with proactive HSE supervision.

• Conduct regular yard and site inspections.
• Identify hazards and ensure implementation of control measures.
• Monitor Permit-to-Work (PTW) compliance.

• Prepare, review, and monitor Risk Assessments (RA), Method Statements (MS), and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
• Ensure effective risk mitigation measures are in place.

• Conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks.
• Promote HSE awareness and safe work practices.

• Report, investigate, and document incidents and near misses.
• Prepare corrective and preventive action reports.
• Follow up on implementation and closure of actions.

• Support internal and external HSE audits and inspections.
• Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and documentation.

• Coordinate with operations teams, project teams, clients, and external stakeholders on HSE matters.

Minimum 3 years’ experience on ADNOC projects. Must have passed ADNOC HSE Interview (documentary proof required). Must have held a National Guard security pass for ADNOC site access.
