• Supervise technical and operational performance of assigned Jack Up units
• Minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency of offshore units
• Ensure compliance with class requirements, ISM code, statutory and local maritime regulations
• Oversee planned maintenance programs and ensure adherence to IMS requirements
• Monitor and maintain valid certifications including class, flag, navigational licenses, and security passes
• Coordinate class surveyors for statutory surveys and maintain vessels to required standards
• Ensure compliance with charter party technical requirements and local regulations
• Maintain strict budget control and recommend cost-saving initiatives without compromising safety
• Promote an incident‑free safety culture across offshore crews
• Ensure timely closure of Safety Deficiency Reports and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support management in maintaining customer satisfaction and operational excellence

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or equivalent discipline
• Minimum 8 years of experience in offshore maritime operations, preferably with Jack Up rigs
• Strong knowledge of class rules, ISM code, and maritime regulatory frameworks
• Experience managing planned maintenance systems for offshore units
• Strong leadership and stakeholder coordination skills
