- Supervise technical and operational performance of assigned Jack Up units
- Minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency of offshore units
- Ensure compliance with class requirements, ISM code, statutory and local maritime regulations
- Oversee planned maintenance programs and ensure adherence to IMS requirements
- Monitor and maintain valid certifications including class, flag, navigational licenses, and security passes
- Coordinate class surveyors for statutory surveys and maintain vessels to required standards
- Ensure compliance with charter party technical requirements and local regulations
- Maintain strict budget control and recommend cost-saving initiatives without compromising safety
- Promote an incident‑free safety culture across offshore crews
- Ensure timely closure of Safety Deficiency Reports and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support management in maintaining customer satisfaction and operational excellence
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or equivalent discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience in offshore maritime operations, preferably with Jack Up rigs
- Strong knowledge of class rules, ISM code, and maritime regulatory frameworks
- Experience managing planned maintenance systems for offshore units
- Strong leadership and stakeholder coordination skills
