Position Overview
ADNOC Group is hiring an HSE Supervisor to oversee and implement health, safety, and environmental programs across major oil and gas projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves supervising HSE systems, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, conducting audits and inspections, and providing guidance on safety practices during design, construction, and commissioning phases.

- Supervise and implement HSE programs, policies, and procedures in line with ADNOC Group requirements
- Review and evaluate project designs, ensuring compliance with HSEIA, EIA codes, and ADNOC guidelines
- Develop and update HSE standards, procedures, and audit programs for project sites
- Conduct inspections, hazard assessments, and accident investigations, ensuring corrective measures are applied
- Lead participation in HAZOP, environmental and safety studies, and technical evaluations of new projects
- Monitor site operations to ensure compliance with ADNOC HSEMS and accountability frameworks
- Provide technical guidance and training on safety and environmental practices to project teams and contractors
- Prepare annual sustainability and safety performance reports for submission to management
- Ensure compliance with international and local regulations regarding occupational health, safety, and environmental protection
- Implement document control systems for HSEMS and ensure timely submission of environmental permits
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HSE supervision or safety engineering within oil and gas or large industrial organizations
- Strong knowledge of HSE management systems, safety audits, and regulatory compliance
- Good computer skills and fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Professional certification or membership in an international safety organization preferred
- Diploma in Health and Safety Engineering an advantage
