Responsibilities
- Oversee operation and maintenance of all electrical systems within the facility
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical equipment
- Supervise electrical technicians and subcontractors on‑site
- Ensure all electrical installations comply with safety standards and local regulations
- Monitor power distribution systems, panels, transformers, and generators
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for maintenance and project activities
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance schedules, and documentation
- Support energy efficiency initiatives and cost optimization
- Ensure adherence to HSE policies and procedures
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 4–5 years of experience in contracting and/or facilities management (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance practices, and safety standards
- Familiarity with HVAC electrical controls, LV systems, and power distribution
- Good communication and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office;
AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage
