Project Engineer; RE

We are seeking a Project Engineer for our Real Estate Division who will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of projects from commencement to completion. This position requires a professional with exceptional organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills capable of ensuring that project goals are achieved efficiently within budget and to the highest quality standards.

• Collaborate with project managers, clients, consultants, and contractors to define project scope, objectives, and schedules.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and prepare regular status reports highlighting achievements, risks, and corrective actions.
• Review and verify contractor and consultant payment applications and ensure compliance with project contracts.
• Maintain effective communication with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address queries.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals, schedule compliance, and resource optimization.
• Maintain organized project documentation including progress reports, schedules, change requests, and meeting records.
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively to ensure successful delivery and quality outcomes.
• Conduct inspections to verify compliance with contractual, technical, and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in post‑project reviews to implement best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (4‑year program).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or as a resident engineer in both consulting and contracting firms.
• Proven experience supporting project managers across multiple project phases.
• Strong knowledge of construction best practices, UAE regulations, and project documentation standards.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English;
  Arabic is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Primavera, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
