Position Overview
TRS Workshop Technician - ADNOC Drilling is seeking a TRS Workshop Technician in Abu Dhabi, UAE to perform maintenance, repair, and servicing of TRS equipment and tools within a workshop environment. This Oil and Gas equipment maintenance role focuses on ensuring operational readiness, maintaining high quality standards, and supporting safe and efficient workshop activities in line with ADNOC Drilling Asset Integrity and HSE requirements.

- Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repair of TRS equipment and tools
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical or electrical faults and implement effective solutions
- Ensure all repair activities comply with manufacturer specifications and industry standards
- Conduct inspections and quality checks on repaired equipment before deployment
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair reports, and workshop documentation
- Coordinate with Supervisor to ensure availability of spare parts and tools
- Participate in safety meetings, drills, and risk assessments within the workshop
- Report safety incidents and assist in investigations when required
- Support training initiatives and mentor junior technicians when assigned
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Ensure full compliance with UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling, and client Asset Integrity Management codes
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred
- 2 to 4 years of experience in equipment maintenance and repair within oilfield services
- Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting TRS equipment
- Strong ability to work in a workshop environment with safety awareness
- Mechanical and equipment troubleshooting
