Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to support day‑to‑day site operations. The ideal candidate will assist in managing construction activities, ensuring work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in supervising daily site activities and workforce.
- Ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with surveyors, foremen, and subcontractors.
- Monitor site progress and prepare basic reports.
- Review engineering drawings and assist in implementation.
- Support in managing materials, manpower, and equipment.
- Help identify and resolve technical issues on‑site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and site operations.
- Experience in infrastructure or earthworks projects is a plus.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi municipality standards.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Competitive salary AED 5,000 – AED 7,000.
- Visa and medical insurance as per UAE labor law.
- Experience in infrastructure or earthworks projects is a plus.
