Position Overview
Graduate Civil Engineer role in Abu Dhabi, UAE with AECOM supporting transportation engineering projects including roads, highways and transport infrastructure. This opportunity is part of AECOM's 24‑month Advance Graduate Program designed to develop future engineering leaders through structured learning and mentorship.

- Support the transportation engineering team in delivering road and highway design tasks
- Assist in preparing calculations, sketches, diagrams and engineering drawings under supervision
- Collect and analyze technical data to support project design requirements
- Use engineering software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D to contribute to design solutions
- Perform assigned tasks in line with agreed budgets and project schedules
- Develop analytical and problem‑solving skills through hands‑on project exposure
- Contribute to traffic and transportation studies under guidance of senior engineers
- Participate in structured graduate training sessions and mentoring programs
- UAE National with valid Family Book in line with Emiratisation requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8
- Graduated within the last 24 months from program start date
- Strong interest in transportation engineering including roads and highways
- Basic understanding of civil engineering principles and design standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D or related tools preferred
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn within a multidisciplinary team
