Inspector – Structural

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Structural Inspector to inspect and monitor structural works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing structural activities and ensuring proper execution of structural components.

• Inspect structural works including excavation, foundation, reinforcement, formwork, and concrete works.
• Ensure all structural works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Verify reinforcement placement, formwork alignment, and concrete pouring activities.
• Conduct inspections for RCC works, steel structures, and structural elements.
• Review shop drawings and material submittals related to structural works.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
• Identify non‑conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve site issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety requirements.
• Monitor progress of structural works and report deviations.

Airport Project experience is mandatory.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
Minimum 5–10 years of experience as a Structural Inspector.
Strong experience in RCC works, concrete works, and structural inspections.
Experience in residential, commercial, villa, or high‑rise construction projects.
Good knowledge of structural drawings and reinforcement details.
Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and shop drawings.
Strong attention to detail and quality inspection skills.
Good communication and reporting skills.
