SITE Planning Engineer-Chennai; Walk-In 9th

Responsibilities

• Well versed with Primavera P6 and MS Office software packages
• Creating planning schedules
• Submitting daily, weekly and monthly progress reports
• Attending client meetings and preparing Minutes of meeting
• Coordinating site construction activities and preparing reports for higher management
• Understanding all contract requirements and early flagging of any delays
• Preparing construction look ahead schedules and recovery schedules
• Coordinating with subcontractors for timely delivery of the project
• Coordinating with site construction team for timely preparation of invoices
• Adapting to preparing detailed planning package covering L3 L4 schedule, histogram, EPC curves, progress measurement system, critical path analysis and recovery plan

• B.E/B.Tech or Engineering graduate in Mechanical discipline with 8+ years experience in planning, scheduling and progress control activities in multidiscipline EPC projects for the oil & gas construction industries
• Minimum 5 years construction experience at site
• Sound exposure in preparing EPC schedule value above UA $100 million for oil & gas upstream facilities involving pipeline, flow line, well heads and manifolds / station jobs
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Relevant experience in Pipeline, EPC, Oil & Gas, Flowline, Brownfield, Upstream Facilities, or Wellhead projects
• Preference given to candidates with prior Gulf experience, especially those who have worked on ADNOC projects
• Candidates with Metro Line, Building Line, or Road Infrastructure experience are NOT eligible
