Supervisor - Instrument & Control

Overview

We at Emarat Aloula is seeking an experienced Supervisor Instrument Control to manage and execute instrumentation activities across our projects. You will ensure the reliability, maintenance and troubleshooting of control systems and field instruments, supporting safe and efficient operations on site.

• Perform fault finding and troubleshooting of control loops and instrumentation systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot field instruments (pressure, flow, level, temperature, etc.).
• Read and interpret P& electrical drawings.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Conduct calibration of transmitters, analyzers and actuators.
• Handle VFD maintenance and monitoring systems.
• Maintain gas detection systems (H2S, methane, chlorine, etc.).
• Troubleshoot fire alarm systems.
• Utilize testing tools such as multimeter, HART communicator, insulation tester, vibration analyzer.

• Diploma in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in instrumentation and control systems.
• Strong knowledge of industrial instrumentation and maintenance practices.
• Experience in utilities, infrastructure, or process plants is an advantage.

• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and reporting tools.

• Willing to work on‑site in project environments.
• Must be available for client interview.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
