MEP ENGINEER

We are seeking a talented and experienced MEP Engineer with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience to join our team.

• Site Supervision:
  Oversee and manage MEP installations on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Coordination:
  Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to coordinate MEP activities with overall project requirements.
• AutoCAD Proficiency:
  Utilize AutoCAD for reviewing and modifying MEP drawings as needed during the construction phase.
• Quality Assurance:
  Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the proper functioning of MEP systems.
• Documentation:
  Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including drawings, specifications and work progress reports.
• Safety Compliance:
  Enforce and promote safety protocols on-site to ensure a secure working environment.
• Problem Solving:
  Identify and resolve issues related to MEP systems, offering innovative solutions when required.
• Communication:
  Effectively communicate with team members, clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.

• Bachelor’s degree (B Tech) in Electrical Engineering is compulsory.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as an MEP Electrical site engineer in the MEP fit‑out industry.
• Experience in both interior and MEP fit‑out projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of all MEP services: HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire fighting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for MEP applications.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• Previous experience as an MEP Electrical Site Engineer in the UAE is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is compulsory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
