Structural Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to design, analyze, and oversee structural aspects of construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring structural safety, stability, and compliance with project requirements and industry standards.

• Design and analyze structural components for residential, commercial, villas, and high-rise buildings.
• Prepare and review structural drawings, calculations, and design reports.
• Perform structural analysis and design using industry-standard software.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams to ensure structural integrity and project compliance.
• Review shop drawings and material submittals related to structural works.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure structural work is executed as per approved drawings.
• Provide technical support to construction teams during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, codes, and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress and resolve structural-related issues.
• Prepare structural documentation and maintain project records.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Structural Engineering (Mandatory).
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience as a Structural Engineer.
• Experience in villa, residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects.
• Proficiency in structural design software such as ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, Pro/ SAP
  2000.
• Good knowledge of RCC and steel structure design.
• Strong understanding of structural codes and standards.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Airport project experience.

• Experience working in UAE / GCC projects.
• Knowledge of local authority regulations and approvals.
• Experience in high-rise or large-scale development projects.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
