Responsibilities- Carry out interface management activities for ADNOC Project as per setup interface procedures and coordination with existing ADNOC facilities and Contractor Vendor during all stages to ensure safe project execution and meeting defined project targets.
- Follow defined interface points during design phase and populate new operational interface for timely execution of the project works.
- Maintain and update the interface register.
- Provide the project with all information related to interface agreement needed by requesting parties.
- Control the process of interface identification and definition of technical and execution interfaces.
- Arrange alignment meetings with various interfacing parties including existing facilities, other ongoing projects and operational interfaces within battery limits.
- Plan interface work based upon the interfaces already identified and assigned to support department objectives.
- Ensure that interfaces are formally closed and approved by all parties before the design is frozen.
- Ensure that interfaces are executed and completed in accordance with project objectives.
- Monitor, update and record revision and status of interfaces.
- Actively participate in regular interface meetings.
- Deal with construction interface considerations and potential problems to ensure efficient operations.
- Support lessons learned and resolved issues between different project assets and coordinate reporting.
- Review engineering deliverables and coordinate with other disciplines to ensure adherence to interface agreements.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Computer, Software, Electronic, Marine, Ship Captain, etc.) or equivalent from an accredited university.
- Minimum fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in offshore/onshore oil & gas or petrochemical industry.
- Minimum five (5) years (preferred) in GCC region.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in a similar position for international major (more than 1
Billion US$) oil & gas or petrochemical projects. - Excellent leadership and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work with people across a diversity of cultures.
