Pipeline Engineer-Chennai; Walk-In 9th

Responsibilities

• Active participation in various HSE layout reviews and other model review sessions.
• Coordinate with engineering and site survey teams to select feasible plots.
• Optimize pipeline routes and conduct safety distance assessments.
• Attend to site‑raised queries in a timely fashion.
• Maintain permanent communication and interface with project engineering and construction teams.
• Provide assistance to other disciplines and participate in review meetings in accordance with project requirements.
• Ensure technical compliance, accuracy, quality, cost‑effectiveness, and execution of all aspects of piping and pipeline engineering during the design EPC stage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 13+ years of relevant experience in the Onshore Oil & Gas industry.
• Previous ADNOC experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of piping and pipeline engineering documents such as design basis, design calculations, schedules, technical query raising, specifications, data sheets, stress analysis, and MTO.
• Proficiency with piping and pipeline engineering drawings including plot plans, GA, layouts, alignment sheets, and approach drawings.
• Experience in preparing technical bid evaluation vendor packages.
• Relevant experience in pipeline, EPC, Oil & Gas, Flowline, Brownfield, Upstream Facilities, or Wellhead projects.
• Preference for candidates with prior Gulf experience, especially those who have worked on ADNOC projects.

Eligibility for consideration requires meeting the above qualifications. Applicants lacking the stated working experience, Gulf exposure, or relevant engineering background may not be considered.
