Civil Engineer

About the Role

As a Civil Engineer based in Jeddah you will design, plan and supervise civil and architectural engineering projects ensuring compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and client requirements.

• Develop detailed civil engineering and architectural plans, drawings, and specifications using industry standard software.
• Perform structural analysis, load calculations, and material selection to ensure project safety and stability.
• Conduct regular site inspections and oversee construction activities to verify adherence to design and quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate project scope, schedules, and deliverables.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, material take-offs, and project schedules, monitor progress and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi building codes, environmental regulations, and health and safety standards.
• Produce technical reports, documentation, and presentations for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in civil and architectural engineering projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP
  2000 and other structural analysis design software.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi building codes, standards, and construction regulations.
• Demonstrated experience in structural design, foundation engineering, and site supervision.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

• Professional Engineering (PE) license or registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
• Experience with GIS, BIM software, Revit, and advanced modeling tools.
• Fluency in Arabic and English for effective stakeholder communication.
