Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize fabrication processes to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs, ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Conduct failure analysis and troubleshooting to resolve fabrication issues, implementing corrective actions swiftly to minimize downtime.
- Oversee the selection and procurement of appropriate materials, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Maintain production schedule, coordinating with related subcontractors and managing the manpower.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Materials Science, or a related field, ensuring a solid foundational knowledge.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in fabrication engineering within manufacturing or construction sectors.
- Experience in secondary steel fabrication, showcasing hands‑on skills in advanced fabrication techniques.
