EDGE is seeking a highly skilled Team Lead for Integration & Field Engineering specializing in Radar systems in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of engineers in the integration, testing, and deployment of radar systems.
* Oversee field engineering activities, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of radar solutions.
* Develop and implement integration strategies for complex defense technologies.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
* Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to improve system capabilities.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and national security protocols.## Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in radar systems integration and field engineering.
* Proven leadership experience in an engineering environment.
* Strong understanding of radar principles, signal processing, and RF systems.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
