We are seeking an Executive Engineering Services professional with proven experience in the Facility Management industry to support the effective operation, maintenance, and coordination of engineering services across assigned facilities.
Responsibilities- Oversee day‑to‑day engineering operations within facility management projects.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for MEP systems.
- Monitor FM subcontractors and ensure SLA and KPI compliance.
- Assist in managing work orders, AMC schedules, and asset registers.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare technical reports, service logs, and documentation.
- Support budgeting, cost control, and material planning related to engineering services.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical or related field).
- 3–5 years of experience in engineering services within the Facility Management industry.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems operations & maintenance.
- Experience in subcontractor coordination and service management.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with CAFM systems.
- Must be flexible to work in multi‑site FM environments.
