• Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models supporting Intelligent Transportation Systems and dry utilities infrastructure projects.
• Support the preparation and implementation of BIM execution strategies and digital delivery plans across infrastructure programs.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams including roads, structures, and utilities to ensure integrated digital models.
• Conduct model validation, accessibility checks, and data quality reviews to maintain BIM standards and project accuracy.
• Assist project leads with BIM implementation schedules and digital workflow coordination.
• Review BIM models to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and project requirements.
• Prepare model assurance documentation and provide digital inputs for procurement or project specifications.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders and clients to address BIM-related queries and project coordination requirements.
• Support development of BIM Execution Plans including workflows, modeling standards, and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Approximately 10 years of professional experience in BIM modeling for infrastructure, transportation, or utilities projects.
• Strong background in Intelligent Transportation Systems infrastructure and dry or wet utilities modeling.
• Experience working on complex multidisciplinary infrastructure or engineering projects.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications within BIM environments.
• Strong analytical and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple digital modeling tasks.

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and related BIM platforms.
• Experience with Autodesk Infra Works, Revit, and other digital engineering tools.
