Position Overview
The Project Manager Storm Water Program role at Parsons Corporation supports the delivery of major storm water and wet infrastructure projects across the Al Dhafra Region while being based in Abu Dhabi. This position leads multidisciplinary teams, coordinates closely with clients and stakeholders, and ensures storm water programs are delivered safely, on time, and within budget in line with regulatory and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the client to deliver key storm water and utility infrastructure projects
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure technical, commercial, and regulatory requirements are met
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement effective delivery models
- Follow up on project instructions, commitments, and action items to ensure timely execution
- Oversee preparation and implementation of project execution plans, health and safety plans, and QA QC plans
Establish program requirements and monitor draft and final deliverables for compliance with agreed criteria - Plan, direct, supervise, and control all technical, financial, administrative, and commercial aspects of assigned projects
- Assign responsibilities to project team members based on skills and experience and support performance development
- Mobilize company resources and coordinate with support departments to form effective project teams
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans in coordination with discipline leads
- Monitor project performance against approved plans and implement corrective actions to address risks, delays, or cost overruns
- Maintain accurate and timely change orders and advise client and management of scope or program changes
- Promote technical and commercial excellence through consistent application of quality assurance processes
- Monitor and report project progress, milestones, risks, and impacts on cost or schedule
- Lead regular project meetings and ensure clear communication of actions and decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Master's degree or PMP certification is highly desirable
- Minimum of 10 years of experience managing utility programs or large-scale infrastructure projects with a focus on storm water
- Strong experience delivering wet infrastructure projects within a PMC environment
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources for complex utility programs
- Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for utility infrastructure
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in multi-organizational and collaborative environments
- Thorough knowledge of industry practices and construction and design delivery processes
- Leadership role on a large-scale storm water program supporting regional infrastructure resilience
