Civil Planning Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Civil Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to major infrastructure projects within the construction, railway, and station sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating civil engineering activities to ensure timely delivery and compliance with industry standards.

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and plans for civil engineering activities in construction, railway, and station projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including design, construction, and procurement to optimize project timelines.
• Monitor project progress and update stakeholders through clear reporting mechanisms.
• Identify potential risks and delays, proposing proactive solutions to maintain project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project cost control by tracking progress and resource allocation.
• Utilize software tools for planning and scheduling to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Planning Engineer in construction or infrastructure projects, preferably in railway and station development.
• Proficient in project management and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction methods.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of relevant local regulations and standards in UAE is preferred.
