Project Engineer – ELV -Security Systems

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on-site installation and commissioning of CCTV, access control, alarm systems, intercoms, and other security solutions.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and layouts.
• Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
• Conduct site surveys, prepare material requirements, and provide technical support during project execution.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards on all job sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to security systems.
• Maintain detailed project documentation including progress reports, as-built drawings, and daily site reports.
• Train end-users or clients on system functionality as needed.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in the installation and commissioning of CCTV and security systems.
• Strong knowledge of IP, CCTV systems, NVR/VMS, access control, alarm systems, and network infrastructure.
• Ability to work independently and manage teams on-site.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using testing tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Familiarity with project management and documentation practices.
• Valid driving license (preferred).
• Certifications in security systems (e.g., Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Milestone, Lenel, etc.) are a plus.

• Experience in integrating security systems with BMS or third‑party applications.
• Understanding of structured cabling, fiber optics, and networking basics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
