• Supervise installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of rotating equipment within plant facilities.
• Develop and review preventive maintenance plans and schedules for rotating machinery.
• Prepare task lists and maintenance programs to ensure reliable equipment performance.
• Provide technical guidance for resolving recurring equipment issues and chronic failures.
• Evaluate major repair requirements and spare parts replacements to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
• Participate in risk assessments and develop recommendations for operational risk mitigation.
• Ensure availability of spare parts and coordinate procurement and inventory management activities.
• Develop proposals for spare parts stocking and manage spare parts inventory control.
• Prepare maintenance procedures and method statements for new operational activities.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance shutdown activities across plant operations.
• Provide technical support during design, implementation, and commissioning of new mechanical systems.
• Prepare plant change requests and evaluate proposed modifications to mechanical systems.
• Participate in HAZOP reviews and Safety Integrity Level validation meetings.
• Investigate major rotating equipment failures and recommend corrective solutions.
• Participate in root cause analysis investigations for mechanical incidents.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance and engineering of rotating equipment within large industrial facilities.
• Extensive experience working with pumps, compressors, turbines, and other rotating machinery in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design standards, maintenance procedures, and reliability engineering practices.
• Experience planning shutdown maintenance and coordinating cross‑functional maintenance activities.
• Familiarity with international engineering standards for rotating equipment design and maintenance.
• Experience preparing specifications for design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of rotating equipment.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and engineering problem‑solving skills.
