Lead troubleshooting and repair of complex electrical instrumentation and mechanical systems within the STP ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on critical equipment including pumps, motors, analyzers and control systems adhering to strict safety protocols.
Oversee the calibration and maintenance of all field instruments such as flow meters, pressure transmitters and level sensors to guarantee accurate process control. Supervise and mentor junior technicians providing technical guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster skill development.
Possesses a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Holds relevant certifications such as a Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM), or similar, demonstrating commitment to professional development. Demonstrates a minimum of 8 years of hands‑in experience in the operation and maintenance of STP equipment. Exhibits a deep understanding of wastewater treatment processes and related equipment.
