Mep Bim Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage MEP BIM models to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications while collaborating closely with architects and structural engineers.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination meetings to identify and resolve conflicts between MEP systems and other disciplines, ensuring seamless integration.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation related to MEP modeling standards, ensuring consistency across all project teams.
• Provide technical support and training to project team members on BIM tools and processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, with a strong understanding of MEP systems and design.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP coordination and BIM implementation within the construction industry.
• Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Relevant certifications such as LEED, PMP, or specific BIM certifications are highly advantageous.
