CIVIL - Supervisor -Chennai; Walk-In 9th

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and manage excavation and concrete paving activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and labour teams providing clear directions and support to effectively manage a workforce of around 100 people.
• Oversee the preparation and execution of structural designs ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence toproject specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates and address anychallenges related.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (BE/B . Tech) with 5-8 years of relevant experience or a Diploma in Civil Engineering with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to effectively handle and coordinate a large workforce.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards relevant to civil engineering.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in Pipeline, EPC, Oil & Gas, Flowline, Brownfield, Upstream Facilities, or Wellhead projects.
• Preference for candidates with prior Gulf experience, especially those who have worked on ADNOC projects.
