Estimation Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate cost estimates and support tendering activities for civil and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in pricing, quantity take‑offs and coordination with suppliers and subcontractors.

• Review tender documents, drawings and specifications.
• Perform quantity take‑offs and prepare BOQs.
• Prepare cost estimates for road and infrastructure works, pipeline and utility projects, earthworks excavation and back filling, material supply and transportation services.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Assist in preparing tender submissions and documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and project teams.
• Analyze project costs and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Maintain estimation records and cost databases.
• Support post‑tender clarifications and negotiations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• UAE MOE Equivalency Certificate is mandatory.
• 4–7 years of UAE experience in construction contracting companies.
• Strong experience in infrastructure and civil works estimation.
• Knowledge of UAE market rates and suppliers.
• Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, Primavera is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

• Experience with ADNOC or government projects.
• Familiarity with tendering procedures in Abu Dhabi.
• UAE driving license preferred.
