Responsibilities
- Preparation and submission of Daily, Weekly, and Monthly progress reports
- Development of Project Schedule based on client deliverables schedule
- Planning of resource mobilization and demobilization and ensuring effective utilization of the same
- Updating and maintaining schedules, assessing physical progress, analyzing data, performing trend analysis, comparing progress with contractual schedule
- Suggesting corrective actions when necessary and preparing report documents
- Development of L4 and Micro Plan schedules
- Foreseeing construction interfaces and formulating construction plan accordingly to minimize clashes of activities
- Consumable planning and preparation of consumable delivery schedule
- Monitoring critical activities based on the project schedule and advising project management
- Conducting internal meetings with Construction leads to obtain progress on period
- Delay Analysis and recovery plan formulation for the project
- Preparing S‑curves and monthly reports reflecting work progress summary and details
- Obtaining approval for the progress reports
- Construction Certification and physical progress measurements‑PMS, weekly, monthly review meeting minutes
- Participating in weekly and monthly progress review meetings and discussions with the clients
- Preparing histograms for Construction Qty s of all disciplines
- Preparing Discipline‑wise organograms, plans and schedules for pre‑commissioning and commissioning activities for system, sub‑system
- Preparing schedule on the system, sub‑system‑wise progress reporting and monitoring at site to achieve the MCC and CCC
- Coordinating with client for timely delivery of Engineering and Procurement deliverables, client’s Operations team, HSE team, Project team for Process Safety management and planned progress
- Coordinating with client for progress tracking, reporting
- Coordinating with sub‑contractors for work front and productivity analysis
- Assessment of overall scope and bifurcation of quantities executable during pre‑turnaround and shut‑down periods
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 10 to 15 years of experience in similar field
- Computer literate: SAP, Oracle
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
