- Lead ISAC channel measurement campaigns across diverse environments and frequency bands
- Develop and validate ISAC channel modeling methodologies for lab testbeds
- Integrate SDR platforms such as USRPs and RFSoC into end‑to‑end ISAC demonstrators
- Implement and optimize signal processing algorithms for joint communication and sensing
- Analyze experimental datasets, extract statistical models, and compare multi‑band performance
- Collaborate with PhD students, postdocs, and faculty on aligned research work
- Prepare publications, reports, and contributions to open datasets and methodologies
- PhD preferred, or MSc in electrical engineering, telecommunications engineering, or a related field
- Strong experience with SDR platforms and wireless prototyping
- Background in channel modeling, channel sounding, and multipath analysis
- Familiarity with RF systems, antennas, calibration, and synchronization
- Ability to work within an interdisciplinary research environment
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently from concept to experimental validation
- SDR expertise with USRP, RFSoC, or similar platforms
- Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, and optionally C
- Knowledge of channel estimation, MIMO models, AoA, AoD, Doppler, and delay analysis
- Experience integrating RF front‑ends and conducting OTA testing
- Strong problem‑solving skills in experimental wireless systems
- Ability to prepare technical reports and academic publications
- Work within a multidisciplinary environment of scientists, engineers, and graduate researchers
