Pressure Pumping Maintenance Supervisor roles in Abu Dhabi with ADNOC Group lead the assembly, maintenance, and overhaul activities within the Pressure Pumping Division. - Supervise assembly, maintenance, and overhaul activities for pressure pumping equipment
- Monitor section activities including workforce availability, quality, and productivity
- Oversee testing, maintenance, and repair of electronic assemblies and systems
- Review work orders, product specifications, technical instructions, and facility requirements
- Requisition tools, equipment, supplies, and spare parts as required
- Maintain accurate documentation for failure analysis and repair actions
- Supervise troubleshooting, testing, and assembly of electrical and electromechanical equipment
- Manage rework, repair, and modification of nonconforming equipment
- Ensure consistency and compliance with engineering instructions, technical manuals, and system specifications
- Recommend improvements to circuitry or installation specifications to enhance repair processes and performance
- Provide technical expertise for complex repairs and equipment overhauls
- Support other teams with technical guidance and problem resolution
- Coach and train team members on processes, procedures, and best practices
- Supervise configuration, preparation, maintenance, and utilization of test stations and test equipment
- Establish and optimize repair and overhaul stations for efficient processing
- Ensure all testing follows approved instructions and documentation
- Apply statistical methods to forecast repair workloads, staffing, and equipment needs
- Manage overtime scheduling to meet operational objectives
- Ensure compliance with UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling, and client Asset Integrity Management codes and standards
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience in drilling, oil and gas, or petrochemical industries
- At least 3 years of experience at Lead Engineer level
- Strong exposure to maintenance management strategies and techniques
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with CMMS
- Excellent computer skills with MS Office and ERP systems such as SAP
- Strong technical leadership and supervisory capabilities
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Senior leadership role within ADNOC Group's pressure pumping operations
- Exposure to advanced maintenance, testing, and overhaul systems
