SAP QM

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP QM processes with a specific focus on Audit Management and MES integration.
• Understand and map Aerospace & Defense‑specific quality and compliance requirements into SAP S/4
  
  HANA.
• Implement and support end‑to‑end QM processes such as audit planning, execution, CAPA, inspection lots, notifications, and non‑conformance management.
• Integrate SAP QM with SAP MES (Manufacturing Execution System) for real‑time quality control and shop floor visibility.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (PP, MM, SD, EHS, PM) and external vendors to ensure cohesive solutions.
• Manage key project lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, fit‑gap analysis, configuration, testing, SIT, UAT, cutover, and post‑go‑live support.
• Ensure documentation standards are met: functional specifications, test scripts, training guides, and SOPs.

• 8+ years of SAP QM experience, including at least 2 years in Audit Management within an SAP S/4
  
  HANA environment.
• Industry exposure to Aerospace and Defense with understanding of regulatory and compliance needs (e.g., AS9100, NADCAP).
• Strong experience with SAP QM and SAP MES integration, including in‑process inspection, NC handling, and production quality feedback.
• Ability to integrate QM with modules such as PP, MM, EHS, and PLM.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• SAP S/4
  
  HANA certification in Quality Management.
• Familiarity with Fiori apps, SAP ME/MII, defense export controls, quality assurance protocols, or military quality standards.
• Experience with tools like Solution Manager.
