Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor - Oil and Gas LNG Facilities - Abu Dhabi, UAE
Position OverviewADNOC LNG is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee recommendations and repairs (R&R) of mechanical equipment, structures, and facilities at LNG JV and ASR plants, as well as non-industrial areas. The role involves supervising fabrication and repair work on exchangers, vessels, pipelines, boilers, steel structures, and related equipment, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with ADNOC standards.

- Supervise and direct maintenance and repair activities for plant equipment and structures.
- Ensure all repair and recommendation (R&R) work is performed safely and efficiently according to ADNOC codes, standards, and best practices.
- Coordinate the provision of required materials, tools, and equipment for maintenance tasks.
- Assist the Mechanical Engineer (R&R) in preparing tender inquiry documents for repair works.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the execution of R&R contracts, supporting contract management and administration.
- Liaise with operations, maintenance, and HSE departments to secure work permits and align schedules.
- Update work schedules, prepare reports, and track progress using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) such as SAP.
- Ensure proper documentation including time sheets, stock requisitions, and incident reports.
- Maintain compliance with HSE procedures, intervening and reporting unsafe acts or conditions when observed.
- Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in Mechanical or Materials Engineering.
- At least 5 years of maintenance experience in fabrication and repair within the oil, gas, or petrochemical industry, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical equipment including exchangers, condensers, boilers, and pipelines.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and OEM drawings.
- Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office for maintenance and reporting activities.
- Skilled in preparing technical reports and managing work orders.
- Authorized to handle NFWP, CWP, and HWP permits.
- Take a leadership role in maintaining ADNOC LNG's world‑class facilities.
