- Provide construction-phase technical oversight and assurance across emergency water and wastewater projects, ensuring compliance with approved design intent and Employer's Requirements.
- Review DB and DBO contractor construction methodologies, sequencing plans, and temporary works from a constructability, interface, and operability perspective.
- Support coordination between the PMC, construction supervision consultants, DB and DBO contractors, and client operational teams.
- Identify and assess constructability and interface risks that may affect safety, performance, or long-term asset integrity.
- Provide technical input on contractor-proposed changes, value engineering proposals, and alternative construction solutions.
- Review construction-stage design clarifications and technical queries to ensure consistency with approved designs.
- Support management of interface risks between construction activities and live water or wastewater operations.
- Contribute to commissioning, readiness, and handover activities from a construction and constructability standpoint.
- Provide technical input to PMC reports, construction risk registers, and interface logs.
- Escalate critical construction-related risks and technical issues to PMC leadership and the client in a timely manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of experience on major infrastructure programs, preferably in water and wastewater sectors.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior construction-focused role within PMC, PMO, or EPC environments.
- Proven experience supporting construction activities on complex water and wastewater treatment or conveyance projects.
- Strong background working with Abu Dhabi authorities, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- GCC experience is essential, with strong preference for Abu Dhabi-based projects.
