Senior Pipeline QS with expertise in pipeline activities

• Collaborate closely with Field Engineering, Procurement, Cost Control, Construction, and Contracts teams to manage quantity and cost control workflows
• Identify project risks based on contract documents, schedules, and deliverables to ensure minimal cost and schedule impacts
• Submit fortnightly risk reports and mitigation plans aligned with EPC contractor performance
• Develop strategic plans and advise management on cost‑controlled solutions for claims raised by contractors while cross‑checking MTOs with AFC drawings to update procurement needs
• Apply strong knowledge of project design methods, construction monitoring, and lifecycle planning from quantity and material scheduling to coordinating with multidisciplinary teams (piping, mechanical, civil, EI)
• Perform tie‑in, pre‑shutdown, and shutdown activities including material requisition packages
• Approve field changes (FCN, DCN), site variations, test pack verifications, and as‑built requirements
• Implement Installation Work Packages (IWP) and Workface Planning (WFP) using Advanced Work Package (AWP) methodology to ensure milestone‑based execution
• Control materials using MS Excel, reconciling materials released to sub‑contractors
• Read alignment sheet drawings using AutoCAD and maintain baseline knowledge of related pipeline design

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5‑10 years of experience in the oil & gas sector
• Experience working in EPC projects and/or ADNOC projects is an advantage
