Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and BOQ for civil works in oil & gas projects.
- Review civil engineering drawings, structural layouts, and specifications to ensure accurate quantity measurement and costing.
- Monitor project progress, variations, earthworks material reconciliation, and subcontractor billing.
- Coordinate with construction, procurement, and planning teams for cost control, budgeting, and project reporting.
- Evaluate RFQs, quotations, and technical commercial bids related to civil construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with client standards, project specifications, QA/QC, and HSE requirements for civil works.
- Engineering degree with 6+ years of experience.
- Contract for 3 months only.
