Industrial Engineer

Our fast‑growing manufacturing company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Industrial Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Industrial Engineer you will be responsible for optimizing our production processes, reducing costs and increasing efficiency. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

• Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement process improvements
• Utilize data analysis to identify trends and make data‑driven decisions
• Create and maintain documentation for production processes and procedures
• Train and mentor junior industrial engineers

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering or related field
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles and Six Sigma methodology
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to think creatively
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel or Minitab
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Experience working in the manufacturing industry specifically in production optimization
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification

Salary : 1700$ per month with visa sponsorship.
