• Supervise installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and modification of mechanical equipment.
• Review preventive maintenance plans, schedules, and task lists for rotating and static equipment.
• Provide recommendations on chronic problems and oversee major repairs or spares replacement.
• Participate in risk assessments and prepare recommendations for identified issues.
• Ensure spare parts availability, create proposals for new stock, and manage inventory control.
• Prepare new maintenance procedures and method statements for long-term and shutdown activities.
• Plan and coordinate mechanical maintenance with other departments to optimize manpower use.
• Provide technical input for new project designs, specifications, and commissioning activities.
• Prepare plant change requests (PCRs), study feasibility, and implement as scheduled.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in workshop and field maintenance of static and rotating equipment in oil and gas processing plants.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance procedures, troubleshooting, and shutdown planning.
• Skilled in spare parts management, inventory control, and maintenance documentation.
• Ability to coordinate across teams and support new project implementation.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
